Can I exchange the ring if I get the wrong size?

In most cases this won't be a problem. All you need to do is check with the stockist you've purchased the Wilshi ring from.

Does it come in a box?

The ring comes in a handmade natural wood box as pictured with the rings.

Can I get a Wilshi® ring made in Gold or Platinum?

Yes, in white, yellow or rose gold, or in platinum. Please email us through our contact page for a quote. Please note that we don’t hold these in stock and therefore it will take longer to be made for you.

What do we do with the Wilshi® Proposal ring when I get the real engagement ring?

You can either wear it on the other hand or as a pendant on a necklace.
